At Chris Heria, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping container if possible.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
